LIMITED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
(DELIVERY GENERAL CONDITION)
We hereby declare that all warranties on products are the limited warranties supplied by the manufacturer.

The seller, QuickMarine Engineering & Service Co.,Ltd, expressly disclaims any implied warranty of its products for any use other than said product's intended use. QuickMarine neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or entity to assume for it any liability in connection with the resale of parts or products supplied by QuickMarine.

QuickMarine warrants each new and previously unused part of its own manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. QuickMarine will repair or replace at its own option any such part which shows to be defective within twelve (12) months from original purchase date. The defective part must be shipped with freight prepaid to a warranty center authorized by QuickMarine for verification of defect and fault.

QuickMarine will not be responsible for any progressive damage or labor costs associated with replacement of defective part. This warranty applies only to the item originally supplied. QuickMarine will not be obligated to supply any evidence of traceability or country of origin, unless agreed upon before the order is placed.
